2.2 Startup and Acquisition Summary

Frank Murphy and Peter Perez started Green Lawn Landscaping Inc. The company is a full service landscaping company that is fully bonded and insured and is set to begin operations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the Summer of 2016. When looking into various options for going into business, both Frank and Peter agreed that instead of buying an existing business and expending their capital to make that purchase, they would be much better off simply starting a new business from scratch. Both Frank and Peter have extensive experience as individual small scale landscapers and they felt that it was time to combine their natural talents and energy, and set up a larger operations that would be able to benefit from their combined years of experience in the landscaping business.
