The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Louisiana is composed of p-h-c contractors across the state and includes small shops, as well as of the largest primes and subcontractors in the industry. Membership is made up of both open shop and union contractors. PHCCLA is also divided into seven chapters: Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lake Charles, Monroe, Shreveport, Alexandria, and Northshore – Madisonville.
