The Washington State Electrical Contractors Association WSECA was founded in 1973 to serve and protect the interests of small independent electrical contracts across Washington State. WSECA provides training opportunities for electrical contractors and their employees. As a member of the Washington State Electrical Contractors Association, members are also enrolled with the Independent Business Association of Washington who represents and lobbies for small businesses in Washington State.
