1.3 Goals and Objectives

The following are our goals and objectives:

  • To secure financing in the amount of $16,435 so that we may raise enough cash to cover our anticipated startup expenses of $66,435.
  • To have all the elements of our business plan executed and in place to facilitate the opening of Home At Last Realty by April 1st, 2012.
  • To continue to build our clientele by offering them excellent real estate solutiosn.
  • To expand on our existing alliances by joining networking groups, the local better busness bureau, sponsorship of open houses and meeting with other centers of influence like certified public accountants ( CPA's ) and attorneys after successfully closing loans for their clients.
  • To hire energetic and relatively inexperience real estate agents whom we can teach the best practices of the business and help them become successful producers in the years to come.
  • To hire talented and industrious administrative staff who will be able to support the operations of our firm.
