7.2 Personnel Plan

James and Carmine have both been independent roofing contractors for many years. They will be looking to perform most of the work themselves. Currently there are plans to hire one additional operations staff in a junior capacity. There are no plans to hire any other full time production staff.

Currently there are also no plans to hire any other administrative staff - however in the event business picks up and things change, it is possible that the firm will look into bringing on one part-time admin to help out with the day to day business needs.

Both Felix and Michael believe in following a very open and informal style of business management which is fairly typical in the small business world. All federal and state laws will be adhered to when employees are being interviewed and hired. E-verify and background checks will be used before hiring any full time staff or sub-contractors.
