The Corporations Division of the Washington Secretary of State handles all matters pertaining to the formation and dissolution of business entities.  For detailed information on how to conduct business as a Sole Proprietor, General Partnership, Limited Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation or Limited Liability Company we recommend that you get in touch with this office.
