Italian Restaurant Business Plan - Exit Strategy
Jack Gordon and Carmen Hernandez have dreamt of owning their own restaurant for many years and have no intention of exiting the business in the foreseeable future. They had other offers for partnership that would have enabled them to open a much larger establishment than the current plans for A Taste of Tuscany but they turned that down in favor of going it alone by themselves.
They are committed and passionate about A Taste of Tuscany and plan on turning it into a household name for fine Italian dining in Westchester County, New York.
