4.14  Industry Analysis: Westchester full service restaurants by number of employees

A look at the pie below that breaks down the full service restaurants of Westchester county by the number of employees they have shows that 356 or 40% of the total 872 restaurants in the county employ between 1 to 4 employees.  212 full service restaurants in the county, or roughly 25% employs between 5 to 9 people.  Restaurants like A Taste of Tuscany that employ between 10 to 19 people number 153 or 17.50% of the total restaurants in the county.  We feel very confident that with the larger staff we will be able to provicde much better service to our clientele.
